Shipping & Delivery

All of our orders are processed upon receipt. We will do our best make sure you get your products as soon as possible.  Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Order processing and shipping does not account for no business days and major holidays. Shipping costs are estimated and can change depending on weight, shipping method, and location (postal code).

Standard Shipping/Tracking

Shipping can very based on weight and location. Shipping options and cost will be available at checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for delivery (depending on location). Orders received after 5:00 p.m. PST are processed the next business day.
After receiving your order confirmation, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information. Keep in mind to consider weekends, non-business days and major holidays do not count towards processing time.

Next Day Shipping

We offer overnight shipping at checkout. Orders must be placed before 1:00 p.m. PST for orders to be shipped same day. We are not responsible if your order is not received by the estimated time as promised by the courier.

International Shipping

At the moment, we are currently only shipping to all 50 states in the U.S.

Incorrect Delivery Address/Refused Packages

We ask the you please double check shipping information (Name and delivery address).   Ruca's Lashes LLC. is not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided at the time of order. This includes incorrect delivery and/or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information being provided.  If the address you entered as your delivery address is incorrect, please let us know IMMEDIATELY so we can try to correct it before shipping.  We can not change an address once the order has shipped.
Once the package leaves our location to be deliver, Ruca's Lashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with delivery confirmation to the address provided by you.
