REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, we DO NOT offer
refunds/exchanges on items due to unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item
that is faulty/defective or incorrect, please contact us at
customerservice@rucaslashes.com within 72 hours to request a refund. Items sent
back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 72-hour refund policy, which means you have 72-hours after receiving your
item to request a refund. We can not offer refunds/exchanges after the product has
been worn or removed from its original packaging. Items must be in their original state.
Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this
would only be minor though. This is not a fault but part of the process of building a
unique lash.
When requesting a refund, we require photographs of your products and the order
number listed on your packing slip. We are unable to process any refunds without these
items. We will send you further instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items must be returned to us in their original state. Once your return is received, we will
notify you via email within 3 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund
request. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will
automatically be applied to the original method of payment within two weeks. If you
haven’t received a refund after two weeks, please contact your bank. We only replace
items if they are defective.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we
recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the
value of the goods. Ruca’s Lashes LLC. do not pay for returns postage unless we sent
you an incorrect item.
Final Sale: Items purchased with a discount code or marked down on sale are final
sales. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Delivery Address
If the address you entered as your delivery address is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can update it before your order is shipped. We can not changean address once the order has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to
ensure these details are correct. If the parcel has been shipped prior to receiving
contact of the shipping address is incorrect, it is the responsibility of the customer who
placed the order to try and retrieve the package from that address. In the event the
parcel is returned to us, then the customer is liable to pay for the re-postage of the
order.
